On the road to #NeuchatelSevens 43rd edition “C’était mieux avant”!

A tribute to The Good ol’ days!

Today: The Chef

Prosper-Eusèbe Parentralie aka « Petit Camion » or « l’Australopithèque ». Known for his « truck » percussions and knocking out props as no one else. Prosper, a natural born leader and outstanding motivator, came to the art of cooking, prior to rugby, to express his generous personality. Petit Camion had a consuming passion for fried eggs that he mastered as none else.

This obsession of the perfect cooking could lead him to ecstatic feeling! He sadly had to sail to Australia, after a dreadful brawl relative to a uncontrolled egg cooking. Over-there he undertook to explore the most remoted area of this new continent. Once lost in the desert of Simpson, Prosper was saved by natives and was healed with « natural » medicine. After a week of delirium in the dreamland, he knew he had to sail back to Neuchâtel to become a rugby player… and incidentally cook the best fried eggs ever!

Thanks to Petit Camion, the Sevens became rapidly THE rugby tournament where rugby skills meet the most exotic meals! Come again this year and check out one of his most famous recipe!!!
